1. Service scope
BUKAEDITING provides freelance video editing services, including editing, pacing, basic colour correction, audio levelling, captions or graphics only where agreed, and digital delivery. Filming, talent, paid media, stock licences, strategy and any work outside the selected package are not included unless confirmed in writing.
2. Orders and pricing
Package prices are displayed in USD and cover the stated scope, duration, revision allowance and estimated delivery time. A request outside that scope may require a separate written quote before work begins. Any applicable taxes, bank charges or currency-conversion costs are shown or charged by the payment provider or customer's bank where applicable.
3. Payment and project start
A hosted checkout is used when online payments are enabled. An order is not confirmed as paid from a browser redirect, receipt screenshot or customer message. Work begins only after BUKAEDITING receives a verified payment-provider webhook, unless a different written arrangement has been agreed.
4. Client materials and permissions
You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and licences needed to submit footage, music, logos, images, scripts and instructions. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive or sensitive materials without the required authority. BUKAEDITING may decline material that cannot be handled lawfully or safely.
5. Delivery and revisions
Estimated delivery starts after payment verification and after the required source material is available. Delays caused by missing files, unclear direction or late feedback may move the delivery date. Revisions are limited to the allowance stated in the selected package and must stay within the original approved brief. Additional changes can be quoted separately.
6. Delivery links and acceptance
Preview and final files are supplied through a shared Google Drive link or another agreed delivery link. Clients should download and back up their final file promptly. Unless a different retention period is agreed, delivery links may be removed after a reasonable operational retention period.
7. Intellectual property
Once the applicable invoice or order is paid in full, the client receives the agreed rights to use the final delivered edit. Project files, templates, drafts, unused concepts and third-party assets remain subject to their original licences and are not transferred unless agreed in writing.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms apply to the version available when an order is placed. Material changes are published on this page before they apply to future orders.
