Digital delivery
BUKAEDITING provides a digital service. No physical goods are shipped. Preview and final video files are delivered through a shared Google Drive link or another agreed online delivery link.
When work starts
Work starts after the selected payment provider confirms payment through a verified server-to-server notification and the required footage, brief and instructions are available. A browser redirect or payment screenshot does not confirm payment.
Estimated delivery time
The estimate shown on the pricing page is measured in business days from the later of payment verification and receipt of the required project materials. The estimate applies to the package scope and can move if files, instructions or feedback arrive late.
Review and revisions
A preview is supplied when the package includes a review stage. Submit revision notes through the secure project link or the published support contact. Revisions must stay within the original brief and the allowance shown for the package. Additional changes or versions may require a written quote.
Final delivery and access
After the included review is complete, the final file is marked as delivered in the secure project portal and the final link may also be sent by email when notifications are enabled. Download and back up the file promptly. Delivery links may be removed after a reasonable operational retention period unless a different period is agreed in writing.
Delivery problems
If a link does not work, a file is incomplete or the delivered edit does not match the paid scope, contact support with your order reference. BUKAEDITING will repair or re-deliver the agreed work where reasonably possible. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
