Information collected
When you start a project, BUKAEDITING may collect the information you choose to provide: name, email address, Telegram ID, package selection, brief and links to source footage. We also retain order, payment-status and delivery-link records needed to operate the service.
Payments
Payment details are entered on the approved payment provider's hosted checkout, not on this website. BUKAEDITING does not store card numbers, bank-account credentials or complete payment credentials. We receive only the payment status and transaction references required to reconcile the order.
How information is used
Information is used to create and manage your project, verify payment, communicate about delivery or revisions, protect the service from misuse, and meet recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell client information.
Service providers
To operate the service, relevant information may be processed by Cloudflare (website and database infrastructure), the approved payment provider (checkout and payment status), Resend if email notifications are enabled, and Google Drive or another agreed file-delivery provider. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
We use access-controlled administration, server-side payment verification and unguessable client project links. No system can guarantee absolute security. Order information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for project operations, support, dispute handling and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information that is not required to be retained for an active project, legal obligation or dispute. Send the request using the published business contact details and include enough information for us to identify the relevant order.

This policy may be updated when the service or its providers change. The version on this page applies from its publication date.
